At Goodweigh, we recommend informing your regular healthcare providers about your medication use. This includes your GP, your pharmacy, and, if applicable, your treating specialist at the hospital. This is of course not mandatory and entirely up to you.
If you'd like to do this, you can download a letter for your healthcare providers in your personal account under "Documents". You can then easily forward this to them by email.
This letter supplements the connection Goodweigh has with the LSP (Landelijk Schakelpunt, the national data exchange point). If you gave your consent for this during intake, we also share your medication use via the LSP. Other healthcare providers can then request this information when needed, for example to check whether certain medications can be safely combined.
